Siya Kolisi suffered a knee injury during the Sharks vs Munster rugby match on Sunday 23 April, according to IOL. His wife, Rachel Kolisi took to Instagram on Monday 24 April to ask fans to pray with them. Take a look…
“Hey friends! Believing for a miracle. Would really appreciate if you could take a minute out your day to pray with us! I’ve seen God do it before and believe he will do it again,” she wrote.
“’Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing,’. James 1:2, 4 NLT,” she wrote quoting a bible verse.
This comes after Rachel’s trip to Paris to find a home and school for their kids for their move scheduled for after the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France later this year, as Siya joins Racing 92.
“One incoming, one outgoing 🥹. But grateful to see him for 2 minutes. He just got home from France and I’m on my way there! (Paris) School and House hunting 🫠 🤞🏼. Pray for me,” she wrote.
On Wednesday 12 April, Rachel revealed that finding a school for the kids is one of the hardest decisions to make as a parent. The pair have two children together — Nicholas (7) and Keziah (5).
“A very full day of school visits. Must be one of the hardest decisions for parents to make. So much to consider, and super challenging when it’s completely different to what you’ve experienced. But blooms are all around to keep reminding me of a new season,” she wrote.
